THE PROPERTY
The Grand Del Mar sits on a mind blowing 400 acres of land in a canyon just minutes away from the Del Mar beach. You will find yourself in awe from the moment you arrive as you will seemingly be transported to what looks like a European Palace. The property itself is a work of art and the interior of the resort exudes elegance.
The property was inspired by the architecture of Addison Mizner best known for his iconic and world class Palm Beach and Boca Raton properties. Nestled in the canyon is a beautiful 249 Room property with spacious guest rooms, suites, and villas. The resort is so large and spacious that you would think there are over 1000 rooms. There is an abundance of land but the resort still feels like a small boutique property. There are tons of places you can escape to enjoy peace and quiet with water features, firepits, and beautiful gardens.
THE ROOMS
There are many different accommodations when booking from Guest Rooms, Suites, and Villas.
The standard Fairmont Guest Rooms are very spacious and feature beautiful bathrooms with a deep european style soaking tub and a separate shower. All of the rooms have a Juliet Balcony or Deluxe Veranda with views of the resort grounds. The entire room feels extremely luxurious with the gold accent trims and classic details.
For added luxury there are three different types of Suites which feature over 1000 SF of space including large and separate living areas with dining tables, couches, and a fireplace. You will find a larger wet bar in these rooms perfect for entertaining with friends or family. For larger groups you can even get the two or three bedroom suites for ultimate privacy and luxurious accommodations.
